About Pixel Goods

Pixel Goods is an online marketplace operated by SOTUS TELECOM LTD that offers AI-generated digital art — images, illustrations and graphic packs — for download. This FAQ covers the questions we get most often. If you can’t find your answer here, please write to info@pixel-goods.com.

Ordering and Downloads

How do I receive my files after purchase? As soon as your payment is confirmed, the download link is added to your account under «My Orders» and is also sent to your email. There is no waiting, no shipping, no physical delivery — you pay, you download, you start creating. Links stay active in your account so you can re-download anytime.

What formats are included? Each product page lists the formats and resolutions included for that item. We deliver standard, widely-supported formats so files open in any common image editor.

Can I re-download my files later? Yes. Log in to your account at any time, go to My Account → Orders, and download again. There is no limit.

Licensing and Use

What can I do with the files? Once you download a file, you can use it for personal and commercial projects without paying additional license fees and without attribution. There are no Personal / Commercial / Extended tiers — you buy once and use as you like, subject to our License Agreement.

Are there any restrictions? You may not redistribute or resell the original files in their unmodified form, and you may not register them as your own intellectual property. See the License Agreement for full terms.

Payments and Currency

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa and Mastercard through a regulated, PCI‑DSS Level 1 compliant payment provider. All transactions are protected by 3‑D Secure (Strong Customer Authentication).

What currency are prices shown in? Prices are displayed in Euro (EUR). If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank will apply its own foreign-exchange conversion at checkout.

Do you store my card details? No. Pixel Goods does not store full card numbers, CVV/CVC or PIN data. Only a transaction reference and the last four digits of the card are retained for accounting and chargeback-defence purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Refunds and Chargebacks

Can I get a refund? Because our products are non-returnable digital files, we generally do not offer refunds after the file has been downloaded. We do issue a refund or replacement when the file is corrupted or unreadable, when the product differs materially from its description, or when you were charged in error. To request a refund please write to info@pixel-goods.com within 14 days of purchase. Full terms in Refund and Return Policy.

What happens if I file a chargeback? Please contact us first — we resolve most issues within seven business days without involving your card issuer. Chargebacks filed without prior contact, or determined to be unjustified, may be disputed using our delivery and download logs and may incur a chargeback handling fee of up to EUR 25 per incident.

Privacy and Compliance

How is my personal data handled? See our Privacy Policy. In short: we collect only what is needed to deliver your order and run the site; we do not sell personal data; you have the right to access, correct or erase your data at any time.

Where do you operate? Pixel Goods is operated by SOTUS TELECOM LTD (Company No. 07132865), Studio No. 15, 2 Old Brompton Road, London, England, SW7 3DQ.
